Draw Your Destiny
Imagine what you want your life to be like 5 years from now. Draw it on a blank piece of paper. You can separate it into categories such as career, physical, family, etc. Be as detailed as you can and don’t worry about your artistic ability.
Verbalizing what you want to accomplish isn’t enough. Words have limited power over our subconscious, whereas visualizing goals and putting them on paper have a much greater impact. When we draw what we want to achieve, our brain deciphers it by equating the pictures to real life action and then signals us to act consistently with what we imagine.
Give yourself this challenge – dare to draw your dreams. Believe that they are possible because they are! This week, get out your paper, pen or even crayons. Create a simple sketch of where you want to be and start drawing your destiny!
