Saying I Don’t Know Is OK!

You may feel as if someone is looking over your shoulder, but in reality, no one is grading you on what you do in your life!

You don’t always have to have the answer. Giving yourself the freedom to be open to saying, “I don’t know” can bring a sense of great relief and peacefulness. Not always having the answer allows you to be more open to listening and learning from those around you.

This week, practice letting go of the need to prove that you know. Trust that it’s ok to not know and realize what you can learn!
